From Tech to Celebrations and Pathways

Hi, I am Ashley, the founder of Savvy Ashley, LLC and the heart behind Savvy Events and Savvy Pathways. I live on the Eastern Shore and split my days between a full time career in technology, running a 360° photo booth business and helping teens get workforce ready.

My Mission

My mission is to use creativity and technology to help families celebrate life moments and help young people see what is possible for their future. Whether I am supporting a school district, spinning guests on the 360 platform or walking teens through their first resume, I want people to feel seen, capable and supported.

My Career in Technology

By day I work in IT for a public school district, leading enterprise applications and digital systems that keep schools running. I spend a lot of time connecting tools, solving problems and making sure staff have what they need to do their jobs well. That experience taught me how to manage complex projects, communicate with all kinds of people and turn big ideas into practical plans.

Savvy Events: Creating Moments That Matter

Savvy Events grew out of my love for celebrations and my desire to create fun experiences for my own family and community. My daughter, Aleese, and I launched the 360 photo booth together and she is still part of the magic behind the scenes. We love watching people light up when they see their videos and knowing we played a small part in memories they will look back on for years.

Savvy Pathways: Helping Teens Step Confidently Into Work

Working inside education and volunteering with youth showed me how much teens benefit from straightforward, real world guidance. Savvy Pathways was created to fill that gap. Through workshops, bootcamps and speaking, I help students build resumes, understand job applications, practice interviewing and learn what it looks like to show up confidently at work.

Together, my technical career, Savvy Events and Savvy Pathways let me do what I love most: blend systems and structure with creativity and heart, all in service of people and their stories.
